Design Lead

I’m Antonio Hernández-Díez, a multidisciplinary Design Lead who bridges classic graphic craft with modern production. I build brand systems and cross-channel work with clear hierarchy, reusable templates, and polished delivery across web, presentations, motion, and campaigns.

AI and automation are part of my toolkit when they reduce repetition, protect consistency, and make production more reliable.

Approach

I care about communication first: what the message is, who it is for, and what it needs to do. From there I design with structure and restraint, using proportion, rhythm, and hierarchy as the foundation. Then I use experimentation and modern tools to push the work further without losing clarity. The result is design that feels intentional, scalable, and ready for real deadlines.

Training

I’m always learning, especially where design intersects with user experience, AI, and implementation. I care not just about how something looks, but how clearly it communicates, how it gets built, and how it holds up in the real world. I like understanding how strategy, design, and production connect so the work stays clear, intentional, and durable from first idea to final handoff.
