
Breakthrough Conference
Breakthrough Conference was built as a standalone event brand system for ArisGlobal, designed to scale across web, social, stage environments, and venue wayfinding.
Brand idea: innovation you can see.
For the 2024 and 2025 events, the system used a grid of dots in motion to express progress, data, and acceleration. A blue base anchored the work in ArisGlobal’s visual world, while a yellow accent helped the event feel distinct without disconnecting it from the parent brand.
To connect Breakthrough to ArisGlobal, I retained the shared blue foundation. To differentiate the event identity, I introduced a bold yellow accent that adds energy, improves hierarchy, and gives Breakthrough its own voice.
Live Event Environment
Where the system had to perform under real constraints
The live environment was the real stress test. Stage graphics, screen content, holding slides, and venue visuals had to stay coherent while adapting to changing speakers, agenda revisions, and production realities. The system was designed to hold together at scale, in motion, and under tight event timelines.






Social Promotion
Fast updates without losing hierarchy
Social content focused on high-intent information: speaker announcements, schedule updates, countdowns, and key session highlights. I built modular layouts that could move quickly while keeping the event identity recognizable across every post.








Wayfinding and Signage
The same visual system, adapted for navigation
Wayfinding reused the same visual language but shifted its job from brand expression to orientation. Directional signage, registration touchpoints, and environmental graphics had to be legible at distance, easy to update, and consistent with the larger event system.






Website
The operational hub of the event
The website carried the operational weight of the conference: agenda, speaker information, registration flow, logistics, and key updates. The design prioritized clarity and speed while keeping the event identity intact across desktop and mobile.


Takeaway
Breakthrough became a repeatable event platform rather than a one-off campaign. The system carried from London 2024 into Zurich 2025 and established a structure that could keep evolving as an annual conference. By relying on governed templates, shared rules, and a clear visual language, the team could move quickly across web, social, stage, and venue surfaces without losing consistency.
